14 Day Skincare Detox

Welcome to 14 day skincare challenge. One of the things we shouldn't
take for granted is the care and well being of our skin. It's our largest
organ and takes the brunt of the force from environmental toxins
(including toxins in the air and water) but mostly the skin is harmed from
what we put on our skin topically and what we put in our bodies
including food and drinks. Our skin regenerates every 28 days! Old cells
die and new ones take their place but some of us are letting these old
layers of dead skin pile up.

This 14 Day Skincare Challenge is designed to reveal your new skin cells
and say goodbye to the old, dead skin cells that are no longer serving
us. By the end of the 14 days, you will notice your skin looks younger
and more vibrant - if you stick with the plan!
