ORIGINAL DESIGN CONCEPT
Mika was first designed as an essential oil travel case:
- One side fits 5 × 15 ml bottles
- Other side fits 6 small bottles (5 ml / 10 ml rollers)
But it easily transforms into:
- Makeup organizer
- Nail care kit
- First aid / medicine pouch
- Pencil case
- Travel essentials pouch
One pattern = many practical uses.

- Use walking/Teflon foot for vinyl/cork
- Stitch length: 3.5–4mm recommended
- Bias binding required for clean finish
- Zipper foot recommended
- Industrial machine preferred but domestic works with care

- 1/4 yd (25 cm) lining fabric
- 1/4 yd woven interfacing (or 1/2 yd for soft fabrics)
- Decovil Light (amount varies by width)
- Fusible fleece scraps (minimum 2 × 7" × 3")
- 1 yd (90 cm) 3/4" elastic webbing
- 1.5 yd (1.25 m) 1/2" double-fold bias tape
- 1× 18" (45 cm) #5 zipper tape
- 1× zipper pull (#5)
OPTIONAL SUPPLIES
- Logo tag
- Double-sided tape (1/4")
