LOVE146 #NotANumber Facilitator Training – St. John’s, NL (April 22 – 24, 2026)
Join the training of facilitators for the Love146 #NotANumber Program at the YWCA St. John’s — for the very first time in Newfoundland & Labrador, hosted by CASEY (The Coalition against the Sexual Exploitation of Youth).
Dates: April 22, 23 & 24, 2026 (9am - 4pm)
Location: YWCA St. John’s (302-291 Water Street, St.John's, NL)
Facilitator: Licensed Trainer, Stephanie Atwood, ElevateHER
This 3-day in-person certification training is designed for service providers who work with at-risk or currently entrenched youth — including professionals in:
- Government departments
- Non-profit organizations
- Youth and social service programs
Investment: $800.00 per participant (Regularly $1,000)
Participants will become licensed facilitators of the internationally recognized, survivor-developed Love146 #NotANumber curriculum. This training equips participants with practical, evidence-informed tools to deliver effective youth exploitation-prevention programming and to support safer organizational practices.
With currently only three licensed facilitators in Newfoundland and Labrador, this training will significantly expand local capacity and strengthen prevention efforts across the province. Participants will join a professional network of trained prevention practitioners and contribute to building more informed, protective environments for youth.
