This 6 weeks back care course has been designed to systematically release tension from the back.

As you progress through the course, you will feel your back becoming looser, more comfortable and more flexible.

Each class will be structured to have a 60 minutes yoga class followed by some time for Q&A and discussions around all things back care and back health.

You will experience less pain and more ease of movements and you will also learn simple movements that you can do in your own time to help you keep your back healthy and happy.
