About Me

My story with yoga started when I was really stressed after my first daughter was born.

I was anxious, negative, tetchy!, and I didn't sleep well at all.

When I went to the GP, I was hoping for a little pill to make it all better.

And she suggested I try yoga.

After my very first yoga class, I could feel this was bordering on magical. I was calmer, happier and not as stressed. I slept well that night as well.

That's when I decided to become a yoga teacher. To help other women, suffering from stress like me, feel calmer and happier. It sounds like a simple thing to want to be calm and happy but, for me, that is what life is about.
