The Pro Maker
We call this the “PRO MAKER” This is the workout Sandra and I wrote on vacation when we seriously decided to make a run at national shows. The commitment to getting your pro card is a commitment you make with yourself in blood, sweat and tears…and for us 34 weeks of strict dieting. We ran this workout over 18 months changing the rep tempos, time and adding in things like drop sets, timed sets etc. This was so effective for us that we use variations of this workout even today. We understand not everyone wants to be a pro, but it doesn’t mean you can’t have access to what the pros do! Try this on for size and you will find that ANY workout is all about what you bring to the table! Stay in the moment, keep distractions to a minimum in the gym…Feel your muscle move, CONNECT with it! The mark of a pro isn’t the number of magic pills you think they take. It is the ability to zero in and with INTENSITY will the muscle to grow. Otherwise, everyone would be winners! The don’t do as we do, do as we say applies here! Run this workout 6 days a week for 12 weeks!
