We created this plan as a guide to show you how to structure your vegan or plant-based diet, not only to ensure you are getting the most from what you eat but also to TEACH you nutrition principles. We provide the foundation so you understand WHY we eat certain foods and to make this more than a short term meal plan.

We teamed up with an expert plant-based dietitian, Jacob McGinness (APD) from The Plant Potential to ensure our plan was designed to be nutritionally balanced in order to keep you healthy, well fueled and thriving for life.

The primary goal of this plan is to provide the plan & recipes for one month of vegan meals. The secondary goal is to ensure you understand the nutrition & process behind the structure of the plan and that is why we included a full section on nutrition.

This plan is essential if you are transitioning to a vegan diet or if you are currently vegan and want to ensure your nutrition is on point and you will be healthy and feeling great for life.

The book is split into 2 sections, the Nutrition Guide and the Meal Plan.

1. Nutrition Guide

This section covers the basic principles of vegan nutrition including an overview of calories, macronutrients & supplements.


2. Meal Plan

This section contains the  1-week meal plan which can be used for 4-weeks, including a shopping list, meal planner & information on using the plans and how to carry on the dietary changes after the 4-weeks have concluded.
