As babies did we focus on grammar when we first learned our mother tongue, or did we pick up random words as we went, and then learned grammar in school???
I have translated the 600 most commonly used words into Japanese, and this will help you catapult your Japanese into the conversationally fluent level.
These are the exact words that I used when I was first learning Japanese. And after doing so I was able to communicate virtually everthing I wanted to say. Although I was not gramatically correct during the first month, I was able to have conversations, and explore Japan on my own, and have the time of my LIFE!!!!
Memorizing the following words will give you approximately 70% conversationally fluency. Meaning, you should be able to communicate almost everything you want. It will not be grammatically correct, but you will be understood.
