You may have endured a long competition phase and you no longer need to or want to cycle the strength and power programmes through a full competition phase. This programme will help keep you ‘topped up’ working explosively, keeping focussed but dropping the volume off even further. This will help give your muscular and neuromuscular system more rest while being sufficiently stimulated.

This phase is 4-6 weeks in duration and is to be completed twice a week.

We have extensive knowlege of preparing the modern day athlete and we want to share that with you. The exercises are easy to follow. We have also included links to demonstrations so you can see how the exercises should be performed. You will need access to a gym for this programme.
