“Hollow No. 24” is a hand-drawn, monochromatic A4 art print from the Hollow series — a conceptual queer art piece exploring censorship through the male nude, where a powerful, muscular man bows forward under an invisible weight, his body cut through by a hollow that accidentally reveals a hand that should have been hidden.

Bent. Hollowed. Still standing.

A powerful, muscular man — head bowed, body folding forward as if under an invisible weight. The hollow cuts through the middle of everything, leaving the upper and lower halves barely connected. And yet he does not fall.

Through the void, a hand appears — the one that should have been hidden behind the body, invisible, private. The erasure has exposed it. What censorship removed has created an opening, and through that opening, something unseen is suddenly visible.

There is something in this posture that looks like grief. Or resistance. Or both.

This is what it costs to keep standing when parts of you have been erased.

Part of the Hollow series — a silent manifesto against censorship, and a meditation on what is lost when art is forced to erase itself.
