Having worked in various international contexts, I can relate to many of the challenges people face during transitions. I wanted this book to be a quiet resource to accompany you, something you can keep returning to during moments of transition, uncertainty, or reflection.

At the end of each chapter, you will find a fillable reflective worksheet. These worksheets invite you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your values across different life situations—such as career transitions, relationships, dual careers, retirement, and illness—so you can intentionally shape a meaningful and fulfilling next chapter. It is my hope that this eBook serves as a flexible, supportive space for gaining clarity, making aligned decisions, and moving forward with greater intention.
