In-person sessions take place in New York City, four times, from late July through August (exact schedule shared upon sign-up). The schedule of the body doubling and craft sessions (online) are the same every week.

Yes! That’s what the Remote tier is for. You’ll get access to our weekly writing prompts, community Discord, body doubling sessions, and a mailer of 6–8 carefully chosen fragrance decants from the collective archive. You’ll also be invited to our virtual wrap-up session at the end of summer.

Each ticket includes:

• Fair payment for facilitation and coordination, and materials.
• A portion directed toward a collective fragrance fund to buy rare or aspirational scents, shared as decants.
• Support for the Museum of Nails Foundation, a nonprofit arts project supporting beauty workers and artists.

A portion of every ticket goes to the collective fragrance fund. At the end of the season, the funds pooled will be used to buy a selection of our dream list of rare fragrances, decided upon as a group. These are decanted and shared— physically during in-person sessions and via mail for hybrid participants. This allows us to access and study scents that may be out of reach individually, but powerful to experience collectively.

Prompts are open-genre and geared toward reflection, creative exploration, and sensory attention. You can write poetry, essays, fiction, memoir—whatever feels true to you. There will be space to share, offer feedback, and support each other’s creative practices.

That’s okay. The Discord is 24/7, online writing sessions are available, and prompts will be sent weekly via email. Full participation is encouraged but not required; this is a flexible container.

Scholarships are available for drop-in sessions through a $45–$75 donation to the Museum of Nails Foundation. To receive a scholarship ticket:

This method is also a tax-deductible donation to a non-profit art project dedicated to supporting beauty workers and the archiving of their work as cultural labor.

Terms & Policies Summary

• Fragrance Allergy: Our sessions include perfume samples that may cause irritation or allergic reactions. Participation is voluntary—please assess your own sensitivities. Masking is encouraged in closed door spaces.
• Media Release: Photos and recordings may be taken during sessions for promotional use.
• No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. You can reschedule missed in-person sessions within the program, subject to availability.
• Shipping: Remote participants must provide a valid mailing address. Decants ship once near program end; I'm not responsible for postal delays or losses.
• Code of Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected. Disruptions may lead to removal without refund.
• Changes: We may adjust schedules or fragrances as needed and will notify you of major updates.
