This 3-session training offers an overview of the re-entry process along with practical tools to help you care well for global workers and families navigating transition.

Sessions meet on Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM CST for 1½ hours each, spaced two weeks apart.
This training is designed for churches, organizations, and global workers themselves who want to better understand the re-entry journey and learn how to offer meaningful support.

An introduction to trauma-informed care and why it matters when supporting individuals and families in transition and re-entry.
Session 2 — The Four Phases of the Re-entry Journey
We’ll explore the common phases global workers and families experience as they transition home, along with practical ways churches, organizations, and advocates can provide meaningful support.
Session 3 — Creating a Re-entry Care Plan
Practical guidance for developing a personalized re-entry care plan that helps returning workers and families feel supported, connected, and cared for in this season.
