What's inside

Four weeks of daily practices, ten to fifteen minutes each, designed to fit inside the life you already have. No mat. No equipment. No dedicated wellness time carved out of an already full day.


Week 1: The Mechanical Layer

We begin in the tissue. Your fascia, the connective web that holds everything together and keeps every system in communication has been absorbing load for years without adequate release. This week you work directly with it using your own hands in spaces you already occupy throughout your day. Five daily practices moving from your neck and shoulders through your chest, pelvis and low back. Three short explainer videos giving you the science behind what you're feeling. A PDF and an audio meditation closing the week.


Week 2: The Neurological Layer

We go deeper. Your nervous system has been running on high alert for so long it forgot what safety feels like. This week you work with breath, sound, touch, movement and discharge five daily practices that shift your nervous system state in ways that thinking alone can never reach. Three explainer videos explaining what's actually happening beneath the surface. A PDF and an audio meditation.


Week 3: The Biochemical Layer

We nourish from the inside. Years of chronic load deplete the body at a cellular level the adrenals, the immune system, the neurotransmitters that regulate mood and energy. This week we work with plant medicine and mineral support to restore what has been quietly running on empty. Four practices including an evening herbal ritual, aromatic practice and psoas release. A PDF covering herbs, minerals and how to source quality plant medicine. An audio meditation.


Week 4: Integration

The final week belongs to you. A morning practice. A midday reset. Evening release options you choose from depending on what your body is asking for, movement as bridge and a closing practice where your body leads and you follow showing you everything it has learned across four weeks.


By the end of Week 4 you won't be finishing a course, you'll be beginning a different relationship with your body.

What shifts

About Marie

I'm a yoga medicine qualified therapist, somatic muscle release practitioner and final year medical herbalist with fourteen years of working with women in their bodies.

This course is built on everything I know and have personally experienced, the fascial research, the somatic work, the nervous system science, the plant medicine, distilled into something that fits inside your actual life.

I know that finding large chunks of time can be hard, so I've built it with you in mind, small accessible practices that can be woven into your day rather than added on top of it.

I built it for the woman I see so regularly, the one who is strong and capable and has learned to override what her body is telling her.

How long do I have access?

Do I need any equipment or experience?

No mat and no previous experience of somatic/fascia/nervous system work required. Some practices use essential oils diluted in a carrier oil, full guidance on what you need and how to source quality oils is provided inside the course. Just you and ten to fifteen minutes wherever you are.

When does the course start?

Immediately on purchase. You work through it at your own pace in your own time.
