Passacaglia Inspired Embroidery Sampler

A stitch sampler inspired by Passacaglia quilts. Use the stitches listed in the pattern or substitute with your favourites. The relatively small size of each 'compartment' means that it is a nice way to try out new stitches. It would be a fun project to make multiple samplers, in different colours, with different stitches.

The pattern is an original embroidery pattern from Polka & Bloom.

I have stitched my version using two strands of Mouliné thread but you can use more if you like! :-)
