Macro Meals is a little collection of my favorite “go-to” macro-friendly recipes. These recipes are easy to make, use basic ingredients and take no time at all.
If you know me well you know that I refuse to spend copious amounts of time in the kitchen--but let’s be clear, I want my food to taste great! Healthy eating and hitting your macros should never feel daunting nor
should it’s preparation feel complicated. All it takes is just a bit of creativity and using the right ingredients.
Adjust the serving sizes to fit your own macro targets. Double/quadruple the recipes for meal prep or for
feeding your family. I’ve listed the macros per serving and noted the recipes that are really high in fiber. I hope you enjoy these meals and snacks as much as I do!
