Whether you are teaching expanded form or need to reinforce, these worksheets will be a great addition to your classroom. Practice include include standard form, expanded form, reading numbers (one hundred and one), and writing numbers that are written out. The worksheet range from easy to challenging. Answer key included.

Worksheets include:

Page 1-2: Reading numbers. The student will read a number and circle how it is written in expanded form.
Page 3-4: I can read numbers! A number will be shown and the student will pick how to write that number out.
Page 5-6: Reading the least number. Pick an answer that is less than the number written out.
Page 7-8: Writing it out. Write each number in expanded form.
Page 9-10: Models and expanded form. The kiddos will look at the model tell how many hundreds, tens and ones and write the number in expanded form.
Page 11-12: Expanded form to 100,000.
Page 13: Expanded form least to greatest. Write the numbers that are being represented in expanded form to standard form then, write each from least to greatest.
Page 14: Expanded form greatest to least. Write the numbers that are being represented in expanded form to standard form then, write each from greatest to least.
Page 15-16: Taking numbers apart. Kiddos will look at each number and take it apart by showing what number is in the hundreds, tens and ones place. They will also write the number in expanded form.
Page 17-18: Standard and expanded form. The student will figure out what number is being represented by reading how many hundreds, tens and ones and write it in standard and expanded form.
Page 19-20: Greater or less than? The kiddos will compare two numbers written in expanded form and use >,< to answer.
