These are the three things I actually reach for most, so I put them together.
The brain battery helps her tell us where her energy is at before it runs out completely. The feelings cards give her the words when she can't find them herself. The All About Me template is what I hand to anyone new, a carer, a teacher, a relief staff member, so they're not starting from zero.
