Weight loss is possibly one of the most painful and widely discussed subjects in all parts of the world. Why have we found ourselves in the situation we are in? The problem is not just present in the Western world.
The statistics show that a vast number of people in the developing world are suffering from various degrees of obesity which has led to a concern being repeatedly expressed by the World Health Organisation at least for two decades.
However, I guess it’s a rhetorical question since there are many reasons for it – social, psychological, environmental and so on. It is not the purpose of this course to analyse them since to cover such reasons would require writing a separate book.
The focus of this course is on sustainable weight loss through mineral supplementation, detox, lymphatic drainage, improved circulation and metabolism due to the healing factors created by far-infrared and minerals.
The treatment was created by myself based on years of research into healing powers of minerals which I have been using for quite a number of years. I love clay. It’s simple and yet so potent. I love other minerals as well and have written a lot about their healing properties which are widely used by spas worldwide.
So about 12 years ago I created a range of mineral-based treatments which I have been practising on my clients.
Having devised the treatment I decided to create a course in order to train others in what I have learned over the years about this wonderful mineral and also to help better understand how clays worked and how they can be used to help us live healthier lives.
It is important to mention that the printed or Kindle versions of the course do not include certification. To get certified, you will need to take the online version with the quizzes, case studies, assignments and the final assessment. This book aims to introduce the idea of healing with clays and far-infrared and also to complement the online course.
