Anger and Silence is a raw, emotional song written from the space between survival and understanding.

Inspired by the years spent undiagnosed with C-PTSD, this track gives voice to two forces that often coexist after trauma—rage that burns inward, and silence that seals everything shut. One demands release. The other insists on survival through stillness.

Built on stark imagery and restrained intensity, Anger and Silence traces the journey from being trapped between those extremes to reclaiming voice, agency, and self-definition.

This is not a song about what was done to you—it’s about what you live through, what you carry, and the moment you realize those forces no longer get to decide who you are.
