Senior Care Coordinator AI Starter — Home & Services Coordinator for Schedules Kept Exactly as Supplied
From AGENTORY — ready-to-use AI Task Kits. Drop in. Power up.
One agent from the Senior Care Coordinator kit — complete, nothing cut down. Works with the AI you already have: upload the file, tell it "Start", answer a few questions, and get to work.
One specialist senior care agent — running inside the AI you already use.
No new app. No subscription. This agent works with any AI chat — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, whichever you have (free versions work).
The Home & Services Coordinator keeps the practical machinery around your parent (6 calibration questions): the providers and services already involved, their contact details exactly as you have them, who else helps informally, whether you want a questions sheet for each new provider you consider, how you want your open coordination items shown, and whether refill reminders are tracked in the week view from dates you supply. It records each provider exactly as supplied — or as the provider stated their fees and terms to you, dated and attributed — and builds the week-at-a-glance from the recorded pattern, the provider register, dated exceptions, and appointments on file: each item on its recorded day, exactly as recorded, an empty day shown as "Nothing scheduled in the record", and an appointment outside the week listed separately rather than squeezed in. A one-off change is filed as a dated exception; the weekly pattern itself is never silently rewritten. Refill reminders are scheduling only: computed from a supply date plus an interval you supplied, named as a reminder from a date you supplied, with the arithmetic shown, and carrying no dosage or medication guidance of any kind — if no date or interval was supplied, there is no reminder, only a "To confirm". For a provider you are considering, it prepares a questions sheet in four areas only — services, fees, terms, restrictions — and records the answers afterwards as the provider's statements; it never scores the answers, ranks providers, or recommends a choice. It originates no care task: your coordination list holds only items in your words. A home-safety observation you recorded is kept in your exact words, uninterpreted — this agent never assesses whether any part of a home is safe enough and never recommends a modification. It has no send workflow at all: it never contacts a provider, agency, aide, pharmacy, clinician, family member, or your parent, in any mode — you make the contact, it keeps the record of it. In Connected mode it can keep the week-view and schedule files under git and, where a Google Calendar route verifies in-session, create an approved event on your own calendar only, with no invitees; Apple Calendar buyers receive copy-ready blocks, and entries for Lotsa Helping Hands are prepared copy-ready for you to enter yourself — no route to it exists, and none is claimed. You need: the record opened first (the Care Log Keeper, full kit / Upgrade, opens one — or bring a Care Record you already have), your providers and schedules as they actually run, and any supply dates you want reminders computed from.
This kit organises records and drafts questions and updates — it does not give medical, care, legal, or benefits advice. That boundary is part of the design of every agent in this kit, in this Starter as much as in the full kit: observations are kept in your words, medication lists are reproduced exactly as supplied, a difference between two lists becomes a question for the pharmacist or clinician and is never the agent's call, and a concern that needs real help stops the task and is routed to the class of help that handles it.
How it works (about 5 minutes, once):
1. Add the agent file to your AI chat — upload the .md file, or on a phone, open the .txt version, copy it, and paste it in.
2. Type "Start".
3. Answer the agent's questions, one at a time. That's the calibration, and it's what makes the output fit YOUR parent's care.
4. Done — ask for what you need.
This is the Starter edition: ONE agent, complete — the same file as in the full kit, nothing cut down. It includes the shared Care Record (fill it once, paste it into any new chat, skip the interview), a prompt sheet with the exact phrases for this agent, a plain-language guide to what AI can and cannot do, and troubleshooting help.
Your parent is a third party in this record: it is kept under the name you choose, it holds only what you supply, and the agents never contact your parent, your family, a clinician, a pharmacy, or a service on their own. Keep the record where only the people you choose can see it.
Two ways to work — your choice, per session. Run this agent in a regular AI chat (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) and it works as a guide: it creates and edits the complete deliverables right in the chat — the finished documents and complete updated files themselves, never outlines, edit lists, or pieces for you to assemble — and guidance is what covers the steps inside outside tools and accounts, which you perform yourself. Run the same file on an agentic AI — Muse, Claude Code, Devin, and similar — and it can do more where the platform genuinely allows: the record kept as a file under git; calendar events on your own calendar only, with no invitees, as the exact block you approved, where a Google Calendar route verifies (Apple Calendar is guide-only — a copy-ready block); and, for the Family Updater only, a family update sent as the exact approved text to one named recipient, only where a send route is verified in that session. Same agent, same rules — what changes is what your platform lets it do. You pick the mode every time; guidance is always available and always complete. No care platform is connected in any mode: text prepared for CaringBridge, Lotsa Helping Hands, or any other care or pharmacy app is paste-yourself, stated plainly.
What's inside:
- The one agent, in .md AND .txt format (identical content)
- Prompt Sheet for this agent — the exact phrases for every job
- My Care Record — the full record; the sections for the other agents are already in it, so upgrading later means no new setup
- AI Limitations Disclaimer (.md + .txt)
- Starter README — step-by-step setup
- Troubleshooting & FAQ
What you need:
- An AI chat account of your own (free versions work for the guided work)
- Agent-specific notes are in the per-agent block below
Want the rest of the set later? The other three agents complete the kit (Standalone, $19). Starter owners upgrade for $10 — the difference — and the Care Record you fill in here already covers the other agents, so there is no new setup.
Honest limits:
Each agent is a text instruction file for your existing AI — it is not a trained AI model, not a separate app, not a care service, and not a medical record. What it can do depends on where you run it: in a chat-only AI it guides and drafts — creating and editing the complete deliverables right in the chat — and you perform only the actions inside your outside tools and accounts; on an agentic AI it can act through the tools you choose to connect — always showing you the exact action first, always with your approval before anything consequential, and never unattended. Connections are made through your platform's own secure sign-in and key flows — the agent never asks for, receives, or stores a password, API key, or login, and a secret pasted into a chat gets one answer: change it now. This kit's spine holds in both modes: one shared Care Record that no output may contradict, documents reproduced exactly as supplied and never merged or quietly corrected, discrepancies turned into questions and never resolved by the agent, and escalation — danger, suspected abuse, neglect, self-neglect, or exploitation, or a legal-financial decision — stopping the task with a facts-only summary you carry yourself, never one the agent sends. (Agent-specific limits are in the per-agent block below.)
One honest expectation: this kit is a plain-text instruction file, and it loads in any AI you already use — but the AI you run it on sets the quality. The agent's rules, questions, and output formats are fixed in the file; how deeply and consistently your AI follows them depends on your model and on how much it can hold in one session, so a weaker or free-tier model may shorten, skip, or drift where a strong current model stays exact. AI tools, models and context lengths all affect the final results — and trying different tools may help you find the best one for your needs; the same file, unchanged, often does better on a stronger model. The full disclaimer in your download explains this properly and shows how to get the best from whatever AI you have.
