How it works

2. Replace the sample items on Item_Master with your own. Set par, lead time and safety days.
3. Log deliveries, issues and losses during the month.
4. At month end, enter counted quantities. Flags show which items to recount or investigate.
5. Review Valuation, Linen_OSE_Recon and the Dashboard. Print the forms and follow the SOPs.

Does it work in Google Sheets? You can upload the XLSX to Google Sheets. Core formulas and drop-downs work. Some conditional formatting and chart styling may change. Excel is the tested format.

Can I edit it? Yes. The workbook, manual and forms are editable. Blue cells are inputs. Black cells are formulas.

Is it a physical product? What about refunds? It is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. Digital goods are normally not refundable once downloaded, so check the store's refund terms before you buy.

Who is it for? Storekeepers, purchasing managers, financial controllers and executive housekeepers in hotels, resorts and serviced apartments. Standalone restaurants can use it for dry and beverage stores.
