Setting as a Character Mini-Intensive Feedback Addon

Get personalized feedback on your writing based on the skills discussed in the Setting as a Character Mini-Intensive Workshop. (Feedback is provided by the human editor. No passages will be deliberately passed through any GenAI systems.)

Participants of the Feedback Addon are invited to submit a passage up to 2,000 words (primarily in English), focusing on the skills discussed during the workshop. This can be based on the exercises from the workshop or a passage from your current work-in-progress. Passages will be reviewed based on writing craft and the elements presented on the page. No commentary will be provided based on overall context within a particular story.

Instructions on how to submit your writing sample for feedback are included within the downloadable PDF.

Restrictions:

• This addon is only available to those who also purchased a ticket for the Setting as a Character Mini-Intensive Workshop to be held on Saturday November 21, 2026 at 1pm NZT (Friday November 20, 2026 at 7pm ET).
• Writing samples must be submitted within 4 days of the workshop.
• This Feedback Addon is restricted to 20 participants.
