Conrad Industries is a US shipbuilding company with a track record of strong financials and high return on capital.

The company is currently experiencing some short-term weakness as a result of the drop in oil prices, and is therefore trading at a steep discount to estimated intrinsic value.

Although we might see further downside in the near-term, Conrad should do very well in the years ahead as the growth in the US tight oil industry is potentially a strong driver of growth for the company. I estimate that the potential upside is nearly 80%.
