Toy Soldier Wallhanging

These giant (6 ft. tall) toy soldiers add a fun, whimsical touch to your Christmas decorating. .5 m (1/2 yd) black (hat, belt, boots, facial features)

.5 m (1/2 yd) red (jacket)

.15 m (1/8 yd) gold (hat brim, buttons)

.25 (1/4 yd) blue (pants, eyes)

.15 (1/8 yd) white (eyes, strip between legs)

31.75 cm square (12-1/2” square) flesh (face)

10 cm (4”) square pink (cheeks)

35.5 cm square (14” square) fusible web

.5 m (1/2 yd) tear-away stabilizer

31.75 cm x 185.4 cm (12-1/2” x 73”) foam batting*

31.75 cm x 185.4 cm (12-1/2” x 73”) backing fabric

Sewing and quilting threads to match fabrics

*A stiff foam stabilizer such as Pellon Flex Foam one-sided fusible used for project.
