Teaneck was only 10 minutes away from the George Washington Bridge which gave him and his friends easy access to everything New York. So they did the things that teenagers do.

The tremendous respect and love that he had for his mother was part of his inner navigational system that would help him to make good split decisions when things were about to go wrong. He never wanted his mom to receive a call from the police or morgue saying that he was dead or in jail.

He lost a lot of friends to drugs and crime. He even lost key family members to drugs, alcohol and natural causes, but he managed to survive and dedicate his life to giving back.
