I created this package for a very simple reason: I want to provide the kind of practical support I would have valued when I was developing as a manager myself.

There is plenty of training in our industry that tells you what you should know. I wanted to create something slightly different - practical resources that help answer:

What do I do? When do I do it? And how do I actually do it well?

The FCC Manager Support Library brings together everything I’ve created into one affordable package, designed particularly for new or developing Registered Managers who want to build their confidence, Deputies aspiring to become RMs, and managers who perhaps don't have the level of experienced support around them that they'd like.

I want FCC to be consultancy that feels accessible. Not everybody has an experienced RI, Operations Manager or senior leader they can ring whenever they're unsure. While a resource library can never replace good professional support or your organisation's procedures, I want this to feel like having some experienced guidance beside you on paper.
