It is great to know what vitamins our bodies need in order for them to perform at optimal levels. Ensuring we take the necessary vitamins keeps us healthy and our immune system strong. I've created this resource in an effort to raise awareness in our children on ways they could boost their immune system and keep a healthy lifestyle. Reading and answering the questions in these worksheets will make the kiddos more conscience about the food they eat and how it helps their system. This resource is great for 3rd grade kiddos and older as it contains information that they may not have reviewed before and it is written in terms in which they will be able to understand.
