The piano to be used must be a grand piano with the lid removed. All musicians will be required to bow the piano.

All musicians will be required to sing, however they do not need to be trained singers. All vocal excerpts can be sung by either male or female in the octave most practical. As well as the performance notes, additional directions will be given throughout the score in boxed text.

The following will also be needed:

Rosined nylon fishing wire (approx. 1m) x3

Cardboard (approx. 20 cm x 12 cm)

Plastic beater x2

Plectrum
