Gossiping in veterinary teams destroys trust and collaboration. And when this happens, patient and client care is put at risk.

Ask your team to complete a n anonymous 'test' (don't ask them to hand in or share. Have a team meeting and discuss when and why it happens, and how it makes them feel. Agree on an initiative to stop gossiping in 'NO GOSSIP' Zones. Once this is established roll out to other areas and discuss regularly.
