Hi, I’m Debbie - Veterinary business coach and leadership trainer, and advocate for veterinary team leaders who want to improve their skills and confidence, and be better leaders for their teams and their practice.

I have had extensive experience of the sacrifices and joys of leading and developing successful teams and fully understand the challenges and opportunities the veterinary sector faces today.

In 2015 I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to provide business consulting, to the independent veterinary sector. Now, after 10 years, I have coached and trained over 75 of the UK’s independent veterinary practices and their teams.

In late 2022, I founded ‘Vetnetics’ and launched the ‘Leadership Hub’ App. in 2024. It’s mission?

To educate practices that Non-clinical CPD is as important as clinical CPD, and that team leaders, want and deserve training in leadership skills to support their teams and the cultivation of healthy veterinary workplace culture, where everyone is valued, respected and thrive!
