The spreadsheet is basic so anyone with a general knowledge of Excel can use it. The creation of each worksheet has been designed and revised over the years so that each worksheet is useful for planning, tracking, and resource retrieval.

The spreadsheet comprises 20 worksheets for your use. They are to be used for launch and publishing preparation, strategic planning, book and income tracking, and promotional planning, along with compiling resources and other data into one centralized location. It also includes resource recommendations and tools for authors.
This spreadsheet is for you to use to help with planning, tracking book and writing data, marketing, and promotions, and also provides resources. It is fully customizable. However, note that if you are not familiar with Excel, if you change or remove any data with a mathematical sum function, that function will no longer work properly. So you may want to make a copy of the spreadsheet to ensure you understand how it works before making any changes. On the Home/Start page, there is a list of the worksheets in their current order. Note that each of these pages has a link that will take you directly to that page. At the top of most pages, you will find a Home link back to the Home/Start page that has all of the pages listed. Of course, you can scroll to the specific page using that function at the bottom of the page.
