Texas Real Estate Practice Bundle — Timed-Mock Practice App, Book, Flashcards and Study Extras
924 distinct practice questions for the Texas real estate sales agent exam, covering both the national portion and the Texas state portion, each with a full explanation. Six different 135-question mocks on a 240-minute clock, the same length and time as the real exam, with a score for each of the 14 exam domains at the end. Then go back through every question you missed and see why each answer was right or wrong. The app opens in your browser, the files work offline once downloaded, and the files are yours to keep.
What you get
- Practice-exam app with six 135-question timed mocks. Each mock is 135 questions in 240 minutes, drawn in the published domain weights, with a score report by domain at the end. The six mocks use 810 different questions between them, with no question repeated from one mock to another.
- 924 distinct practice questions in the app, each with an explanation of the right answer and of all three wrong ones. A study mode lets you work them by domain, or only the ones you missed before, with the explanation shown after each answer.
- The book: Texas Real Estate Exam Prep (EPUB and PDF). It prints 300 of the app's questions, 201 on the national portion and 99 on the Texas state portion, in 14 chapters, with a 24-question diagnostic that returns a study order, two 120-question practice exams and a 40-question second-best-answer drill, plus a misconception index and a blueprint cross-reference.
- 80 key-term flashcards in four ready files: an Anki deck (.apkg), a CSV, a Quizlet/Brainscape import file, and printable cut-out cards (PDF). The Anki file also carries all 924 practice questions as a second deck, so you can drill the question bank with spaced repetition.
- 14 one-page cheat sheets, one per exam domain, with the traps each domain sets.
- A 30-day and a 60-day study planner (PDF).
- A 325-term glossary (PDF).
What makes the explanations different
Every wrong answer gets the same attention as the right one. For each question you see why the right answer is right, the mistake behind each wrong answer, the clue in the question that rules it out, and when that answer would have been right. Many questions are scenarios, where the tempting wrong answer is almost right, so that is what the explanations take apart.
Domain weights
Domain weights from the Pearson VUE content outlines.
- National portion: contracts and agency 13.3%, property value and appraisal 9.2%, real property characteristics 9.2%, real estate practice 8.3%, forms of ownership 7.5%, property disclosures 7.5%, financing and settlement 5.8%, real estate math 5.8%.
- Texas state portion: agency/brokerage 9.2%, contracts 7.5%, standards of conduct 7.5%, special topics 4.2%, commission duties 2.5%, licensing 2.5%.
How the numbers fit together
The app holds 924 questions. The book prints 300 of them; the other 624 are app-only. So the bundle is 924 questions in total, not 924 on top of the book. The book's two practice exams (120 questions each) come from the book's 300; the app's six mocks (135 questions each) draw on the full 924.
The real exam has 135 questions in 240 minutes: an 85-question national portion and a 50-question Texas portion, of which 120 are scored and 15 are unscored pretest questions. Each mock matches the total and the time. The app reports percent-correct on practice questions, not a predicted exam result.
What it is, and what it is not
This bundle is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission or Pearson VUE. Pearson VUE is a trademark of its owner, used here only to identify the exam.
- Every question is original, written from the published Pearson VUE content outlines. No question is taken from, or modeled on, any real exam question.
- Every question here is four-option multiple choice.
- No product can promise a result.
