Being underqualified and overqualified is a real problem with today's professional between the ages of 30-45. It's so frustrating to have work experience and the willingness to learn but just can't seem to find a job that will give you the chance. Many times we fall into that trap because the work experience we have doesn't necessarily align with the role we want but we needed a job at the time to pay the bills even if the job was outside of our desired career field.
