CORE CRUSHERS is an ab workout ebook with 27 different workouts varying between 5-20 minutes long. Each workout targets your core muscles to build the strength, size, stability, and endurance of the muscles of your core including your rectus abdominus, transverse abdominus & obliques (the muscles most commonly known as your abs)! There is a range of workout styles including rep based, time based, body weight only or with equipment.

The ebook is designed for you to pick any workout you like in any order, like your own dictionary of ab workouts. You can perform more or less rounds to change the length of the workout. The ebook has a glossary at the end with a description on how to perform each movement if you are confused what the name means. Additionally I have made an instagram highlight on my Instagram imogen.russell where I will be posting demos of any exercise that you would like to see a video demo of.
