TCL C81 series 4K UHD TV picture settings - SDR (2020)

This product contains 2 calibration files that will help you get a better SDR picture and understand picture controls on TCL C81 series LED LCD TVs. Calibration was performed on the 65C815 TV.
You will get two documents:
1. SDR picture settings that can be used for watching movies in standard and high definition, DVDs, Blu-rays etc. and
2. SDR picture settings for playing games where the screen needs to be responsive
In both cases, calibration was done for HDMI limited range YPrPb (component) signal, Rec.709 color space, gamma 2.2, white point target D65.
Disclaimer:
Settings are for reference only. There is no guarantee that they will give you the best picture which is in line with industry standards and suitable for your viewing environment (especially white balance, gamma and color management system settings that vary from unit to unit). If you want a guaranteed calibrated picture, hire a professional TV calibrator (for example with ISF certificate, more info at http://www.imagingscience.com).
Settings are also applicable to the 55- and 75-inch versions – 55C815 and 75C815. Please note that 55-inch version has a 60 Hz panel so you will not see Blur reduction option in its Motion settings menu.
