All our meditations have the same introduction, a calming countdown followed by a top to tail relaxation - we believe that having a familiar introduction to each meditation brings comfort and serenity. You are then taken on a short guided journey specific to the step you may be working on. This journey helps you visualise success in this part of your recovery process.
All our meditations are 10 to 15 minutes long - helping you to fit them into your busy schedule.
