Show Thanks - Creative ways to Show Gratitude
This season always brings a gentle reminder to pause and say thank you. Not only with words, but through small, heartfelt actions.
These “Show Thanks” cards are a creative way to express gratitude in motion, turning thankful thoughts into tiny daily gestures that brighten both your own heart and someone else’s. Because joy is for sharing!
Even a few minutes of “sharing” gratitude can shift your mindset, calm your nervous system, improve your mood, and
strengthen your sense of connection and contentment.
If you’d like some inspiration, I’ve shared how I use my pages, creating a small “Thankfulness Corner” in my journal where I paste one action card per day and jot a few words about how it felt to do it.

How to use these pages:
- Cut out the cards and sort them into two envelopes:
- Thanks to Myself — ways to show kindness, rest, or appreciation to you.
- Thanks to Others — ways to express appreciation or care for people around you.
- Each day, draw one card from either envelope and let that be your small act of
- gratitude in action.
- Every day that you choose to say or show thanks, will leave you feeling that much better. A little thanks goes a long way, further than we imagine. Try it!
- Use all the images and words you like to share your gratitude through “creativity” on your journal page.
