Bio
Ms. Regina has built an impressive reputation as an expert and leader in the early childhood education industry. She is a Master Instructor Trainer for teachers and directors and an integral member of the Georgia Trainer Approval education programming network. Ms. Regina is the proud founder of The Early Childhood Education Director's Network ( DBA. ECEDN) since 2014.
She does training on behalf of ECEDN throughout Georgia and nationally at conferences and trade events. Ms. Regina has over 30 years of experience in the education industry, with approximately 19 years dedicated to leadership instruction. I have studied at Indiana University of PA, Chatham University, Carlow University, Strayer University, and Capella University. where she received her BA in Psychology and completed her Master in HR Organizational Leadership. She has obtained “all but dissertation” at Capella University in pursuit of her Doctorate in Education.
Ms. Regina has earned the designation of Master Trainer. She inspires others through leadership education and the early care and learning community of excellence with her philosophy of " Loving Leaders So They Can Lead With Love".
As a master instructor trainer, she has a strong sense of professional development prevention and demonstrates a commitment to ensuring consistency and continual growth across The Early Childhood Education Director's Network training programs. Ms. Regina is a recognized trainer with experience teaching both teachers and directors -in-training for corporate child care centers, as well as private and independent clients. She has been empowered with educating a worldwide network of directors as a speaker for local Head Start Leadership Training and NAEYC Conferences.
