The Early Childhood Education Director's Network (ECEDN) provides a safe place for leaders to collaborate. By setting an environment of love for the leaders, with the hope that this philosophy can translate to the teachers' idea of caring for the children in our communities. Strong leadership can produce safer schools for our youngest learners, teachers, and families.

Our "why" is to prevent preventable physical and emotional injuries. Our social-emotional approach supports the leader by fostering collaboration, providing continuity of service, and, above all, nurturing the ECE leader's intrinsic ability to care.
