Wishing us a long life to share the graceful moonlight, though thousands of miles apart.

This is a pattern for a pair of gloves worked in the round and from the cuff up and with a simple lace detail.

Both are worked nearly the same, but for the thumb increases.

You may also add embroidery detail to your gloves for added interest!

yarn:
Hawkcombe Wood by Gathered Sheep Yarns; Fingering / 4 ply; 100% Wool; 424yds (388m) / 100g
approximate yarn amounts:
Mustard Seeds - 55g; 233yds/213m
needles:
2.0mm (us no 0) DPNs 6in/15cm
2.25mm (us no 1) DPNs 6in/15cm

approximate finished size:
knuckle circumference - 6.5 - 7 in/16.5 - 18 cm
You may easily adjust by working with different needle size pairings. I would suggest for a smaller size working with 1.75mm with 2.0mm OR for larger sizes working 2.25mm with 2.5mm or 2.5mm with 3.0mm. (Changing needle sizes may affect yarn amounts.)
additional tools:
needle to weave in ends, st markers, st holder, embroidery floss or yarn for any details (optional)
