Photo Progress Protocol
A protocol, not an album. Skin progress shows up over twelve weeks to six months, and only if every photo is taken the same way.
Set the baseline date and the cadence, then write your own setup next to each fixed condition, once. On every scheduled date you shoot three angles with the same everything and log them in the Photo Index with a note of where the files live. Compare pairs each session against the baseline and counts the weeks between them.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Dashboard - sessions done, weeks in, and the next date
Start Here - how the file works and which cells are yours
Protocol - baseline, cadence, your fixed conditions, the schedule
Photo Index - what was shot, when, from where, and where it lives
Compare - every session against the baseline, weeks computed
THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS
The fixed conditions are yours and you write them down once: which lamp, which wall, what time of day, how far back. That sounds trivial and it is the entire product, because the reason most before-and-after pairs prove nothing is that the after was shot in different light. The photos themselves stay on your phone. This file holds the schedule, the index and the discipline, which is the part that goes missing.
