Patch-Test & New Product Log
Three days on your arm before one day on your face, with the spacing between new products enforced rather than remembered.
Set your spacing rule once: the number of days you leave between introducing new products so that a reaction stays attributable to something. Then one row per new product, with the site picked from a list and Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3 logged from dropdowns. Anything other than Fine and the row says stop and reassess.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Dashboard - tested, cleared, reactions, and what the three days logged
Start Here - how the file works and which cells are yours
Patch Tests - one row per new product, where you actually log
THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS
The spacing column catches the second new product arriving too soon after the first. That is the failure that wastes a month of everyone's time: two things introduced four days apart, skin objects, and now neither can be blamed or cleared. The sheet flags it while the second product is still in the box. What a reaction means is between you and your dermatologist; this file only ever reports what you logged.

Works in Microsoft Excel 2016 and later, and in Google Sheets. It is a log with a spacing rule you set. It diagnoses nothing, recommends nothing, and gives no skincare or medical advice. Digital download, all sales final.
