For The Aspiring Flight Attendant Who Is Serious About Securing Their Wings
Getting the interview is only half the battle.
The interview itself?
That’s where candidates either stand out… or quietly eliminate themselves.
Most aspiring Flight Attendants walk into interviews:
❌ Underprepared
❌ Over-rehearsed
❌ Nervous
❌ Unsure how to answer behavioral questions
❌ Unaware of what airlines are actually evaluating
This service is designed to change that.
This Is NOT Generic Interview Coaching.
This is personalized aviation interview preparation built specifically around:
✈️ Your background
✈️ Your experience
✈️ Your target airline
✈️ Your personality
✈️ Your interview style
Together, we strategically prepare you for BOTH:
✔️ The Virtual Interview
✔️ The Face-to-Face Interview
So you walk in prepared, polished, and confident.
Why Learn From Me?

✈️ JetBlue
✈️ JSX
✈️ Allegiant
✈️ Envoy

…and received CJO’s from 8 airlines.
I also stay current on airline interview processes by:
✔️ Following up with past clients
✔️ Tracking current hiring trends
✔️ Gathering real-world interview feedback from applicants actively interviewing today
So my clients receive CURRENT information not outdated YouTube advice from 2019.
Here’s How The Process Works
STEP 1 — Airline-Specific Interview Prep
You’ll receive:
✔️ 35 of the most commonly asked interview questions specific to your target airline
✔️ Current insights into what to expect during the interview process
✔️ Guidance on airline culture & hiring expectations
STEP 2 — Personalized STAR Method Answer Development
I will personally review your resume and help build strategic responses to all 35 questions using YOUR real-life work experience.
Your answers will:
✔️ Highlight transferable aviation-relevant skills
✔️ Showcase emotional intelligence & professionalism
✔️ Align with your target airline’s culture
✔️ Be structured using the STAR Method
✔️ Sound polished WITHOUT sounding robotic
The goal is NOT memorization.
The goal is helping you become so familiar with your stories that you come across:
✔️ Relaxed
✔️ Natural
✔️ Prepared
✔️ Confident
STEP 3 — 1:1 Mock Interview (60 Minutes via Zoom)
Once you feel prepared, we’ll schedule your live mock interview prior to your actual interview date.
During this session we will:
✈️ Review your interview outfit for professional feedback
✈️ Conduct a realistic mock interview
✈️ Practice 6–8 airline-style interview questions
✈️ Work on delivery, confidence, pacing & communication style
✈️ Discuss group interviews, FIT tests, drug screens & hiring expectations

This session is recorded so you can rewatch it afterward.

FAQs
-
No, and anyone who guarantees you a CJO is not being honest.
Flight Attendant hiring is extremely competitive, and there are factors outside of anyone’s control, including timing, hiring volume, interview groups, and overall competition during a particular hiring cycle.
Even highly qualified candidates with past experience, strong resumes and great interviews do not always move forward immediately.
What I can guarantee is that you will be significantly more prepared, more strategic, and more confident than the average applicant.
Through my coaching and services, you’ll:
✔️ Know what to expect during the interview process
✔️ Understand how airlines evaluate candidates
✔️ Learn how to answer questions strategically using the STAR Method
✔️ Improve how you present your experience and transferable skills
✔️ Gain tools and techniques you can continue using for future airline interviews
My goal is not to sell false promises. My goal is to help you become the strongest, most prepared candidate possible.
-
No, I do not provide referrals, references, or letters of recommendation for clients or non-clients.
Because I offer professional coaching and resume services, I believe it’s important to maintain transparency and professional boundaries throughout the process.
While I can help prepare you strategically for interviews, resumes, and the hiring process, I cannot personally speak to:
✔️ Your workplace performance
✔️ Professional conduct
✔️ Character in a work environment
✔️ Attendance or reliability
✔️ Previous employment history
My role is to serve as a coach and career strategist not an employer, coworker, or direct supervisor.
I would never want to give someone false hope or create unrealistic expectations within the hiring process.
My goal is to help you become the strongest candidate possible based on your own qualifications, preparation, and experience.

I’ll ask a mix of behavioral, situational, and commonly asked interview questions. The questions are broad enough to apply across industries, but especially relevant for airline interviews. They’re designed to challenge your communication skills and confidence. You won’t know the questions in advance — that’s intentional. This is a real-time simulation so you can practice responding naturally, just like the real interview.
-
The mock interview itself is treated like a real interview, with minimal interruption. Detailed feedback is provided during your dedicated 30-minute follow-up session, where we break everything down together.
-
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a link to book your mock interview through my calendar. You’ll also complete a short intake form so I can tailor the experience to your specific goals and airline.
-
After your mock interview, you’ll receive a link to the recorded session so you can watch it back and take notes on areas where you feel you can improve.
We’ll then meet for a 30-minute follow-up session where we’ll review the video together. I’ll walk you through your strengths, your weak areas, and provide feedback on your answers, tone, body language, overall presence, and how you presented yourself visually.
You’ll leave with a clear, actionable plan to prepare for your real face-to-face interview — whether it’s with Southwest Airlines or another airline.
-
Yes. If you’d like to do a second mock interview after reviewing your feedback, you can book an additional round at half the price of your original mock interview.
Details on how to book a second round will be provided during your 30-minute review session. Please note: the second mock interview will include different questions, so you’re continuing to build real interview skills — not memorizing answers.
-
Life happens! You can reschedule your session up to 12 hours in advance using the link in your booking confirmation email. Late cancellations or no-shows won’t be refunded, so please plan accordingly.
-
I get it—job hunting can be stressful. But just like with coaching or test prep, no service can guarantee you’ll land a role. What I do guarantee is that you’ll walk away with clearer, stronger answers, improved self-awareness, and a game plan to communicate your value better in interviews moving forward.
This isn’t a one-time fix—it’s a skills upgrade you’ll use for every opportunity from here on out.
