Hi, I’m Courtney, a Flight Attendant with Southwest Airlines, aviation mentor, content creator, and the person many aspiring Flight Attendants now know as “The CJO Whisperer.”

Before beginning my journey with Southwest, I interviewed with 10 major airlines and received Conditional Job Offers (CJO’s) from 8 of them — including Delta, United, American, JetBlue, and Southwest.

Over the years, I realized something important:

Most people are far more qualified than they think they are.

They simply don’t know how to position themselves in a way airlines recognize.

That’s where I come in.

My background includes:

✈️ Experience with America West, Piedmont/American Airlines, JetBlue, and Southwest 

✈️ Supervisory & customer service aviation roles 

✈️ 10+ years of hiring & recruiting experience as a business owner 

Through my coaching, resume services, interview prep, and digital resources, I help aspiring Flight Attendants:
