This 40 day challenge is intended to help you transform your life both physically and spiritually. Physical training is important to honor God in the body He has given you, and if we truly see the body as a temple, we will strive to perfect it and make it into the best version for God to reside in. That being said, there also needs to be aspects of spiritual training to transform the soul as well. That is why I created this 40 day challenge to help you radically transform your life, and to help you become both physically and spiritually fit.

Workouts include: Full Body, Upper and Lower body splits, Ab, and Running workouts that combine aspects of strength training and lifting, HIIT, cardio, and circuit style training.
