HOW TO UPLOAD FOR PC :
Open a project in VCC -> Import Poi toon 7.2.50 to 8.1.166 (pro if you want DPS) -> Import DPS (if you want it) -> import the Eileen PC package into VCC -> Click on Open me -> And Upload!
HOW TO UPLOAD FOR QUEST :
Open a project in VCC -> Import the Eileen QUEST package into VCC -> Click on Open me -> Attach the blueprint of the PC version -> And Upload!
Using the newest SDK download from the vrc page should also work if you dont want to use VCC, but to be safe just use the VCC
