Month 1 Learning Goals

•       Teen can read and match at least 10 common household labels (e.g. shampoo, sugar, milk, bleach)

•       Teen can identify 10+ community and safety signs by sight (e.g. EXIT, STOP, DANGER, PUSH, PULL)

•       Teen can explain in simple terms what a label or sign is telling them to do

•       Teen demonstrates awareness of safety labels and their importance

Teen completes a real-life label or sign task independently at least once during the month
