👋 Hi, I’m Makini Brown — founder of The Neurodiversity Hub.

With over 10 years of professional experience across administration, staff training, workplace communication, and people‑focused support, I’ve built a career centered on empowering individuals through structured, compassionate learning approaches.

I’ve trained staff, developed educational materials, facilitated workshops, and supported individuals in both academic and workplace settings. My roles including Teaching Assistant, Business Support Administrator, Sales Associate, Business Administrator, Construction Administrator, and Communication Officer have given me a broad foundation in systems, people, and organizational growth.

Alongside this, I’ve pursued studies in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, combining practical expertise with strategic insight. This blend allows me to design innovative educational strategies and digital learning solutions that strengthen organizational systems while supporting individuals.

Through my workshops, workbooks, and downloadable resources, my mission is to create safe, supportive, and engaging learning experiences for neurodivergent students, parents, educators, and adults navigating ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, and self‑development.

Every resource I design is built with empathy, structure, creativity, and real‑world practicality because learning should feel empowering, not overwhelming.
