Study & Exam Planner
A revision schedule you do not have to plan, generated backwards from each exam date.
Enter your courses with their exam dates, break each into topics, and rate every topic Easy, Medium or Hard. That rating is the only judgement the file asks of you. From there it generates four spaced passes per topic — 21, 7, 3 and 1 day before the exam — dates each session, sets its length from the difficulty, and totals the hours per week needed to clear what is left.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Start Here — how the file works and which cells are yours
Courses — name, exam date, credits, days away, topic count
Syllabus — topics per course, difficulty, minutes per session
Revision Schedule — every session dated, with pass, length, status and a Done column
Countdown — sessions left, minutes left and hours per week needed, per course
THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS
Difficulty changes the length of a session, not the number of them. Adding passes to a hard topic sounds right and simply pushes every other topic later, so a Hard topic gets 60 minutes where an Easy one gets 25, and the schedule stays intact. The other honest bit: sessions in the past show as Missed rather than disappearing. Start three weeks before an exam and the 21-day pass has already gone — the file says so instead of quietly rebuilding a plan that looks achievable.
